In an effort to welcome the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, it is necessary to improve the ability and use of Information Technology (IT) in the teaching and learning process within Universitas Trisakti by forming an Online Learning Center (E-Learning Center) within Universitas Trisakti. And on May 8, 2019 issued SKR Number 9 of 2019 concerning the Establishment of Universitas Trisakti Online Learning Center (E-Learning Center).
With the speed of change in the era of Industry 4. 0 and post-pandemic, for effectiveness and achieving efficiency, synergy, integration of the implementation of the Tridharma of Higher Education, the UPT Publishing and Printing of Universitas Trisakti also needs to be directed towards digitalization, as a form of realization of the Vision and Mission of Universitas Trisakti towards a World Class University, then the Organizational Structure of the Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) Publishing and Printing with the existing Trisakti Center for Digital Learning (PPDT) is merged into the Trisakti Center For Learning, Publishing and Digital Printing (PP3DT) Universitas Trisakti, strengthened by Rector Regulation number 25 of December 22, 2022 concerning of the Organizational Structure of the Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) Publishing & Printing with the Trisakti Center for Digital Learning (PPDT) into the Trisakti Center for Digital Learning, Publishing and Printing (PP3DT) Universitas Trisakti.
